started at CFNA when my son was 9 months old. I remember doing sit-ups in my first class thinking "Why can't I do these?!?!" After that first class, I was hooked. When I started taking nutrition seriously, I saw gains in the gym I never imagined (and smaller pants, too). I'm now pregnant with my second child, and while I've had to reduce my workload, I know that it's only a matter of time before I'm back in the swing of things. I'm not a jacked, superstar CrossFit athlete, but I'm proud of what I've accomplished and look forward to making (and breaking) new goals. And as far as CFNA is concerned, the coaches and community are second to none. I'm proud to call CFNA my home.
