Six months ago I thought I was pretty fit doing my country club workouts. I signed up for CrossFit to support my daughter, who wanted to add strength and endurance for soccer. Who knew I could endure and lift so much more! Amazed at what I can do now and looking forward to seeing how far I can go. And the best parts are the fist bumps and "good work" at the end of the WOD from people who were strangers and now are friends.
