23 years of totally neglecting myself had me on a path of multiple bp meds and a huge weight gain. My first workout was June 1st, 2013 and was embarrassing - but I did it. While I am by no means a jacked CrossFitter, I have come to love the workouts, the friends I have made, and the support for this old lady when she struggles to finish.
